Samsung Galaxy S8 Active pops up on Geekbench with Snapdragon 835, Android 7.0

It’s been long a while since we have known the Galaxy S8 Active (SM-G892A) is in the works, and we even got a look at the actual device thanks to an image published by the Wireless Power Consortium. It was around the same time last year that the Galaxy S7 Active was announced, and the Galaxy S6 Active was also made official in early June back in 2015, but there’s no sign of the Galaxy S8 Active yet. Galaxy Note FE may be released On July 7 with hello Bixby!

There have been countless reports about the refurbished Galaxy Note 7 ever since Samsung confirmed that it was going to release the refurbished variant in the near future. Reports suggest that it will be called the Galaxy Note FE or “Fan Edition” and that it may be priced at over $600. An update is rolling out to users of, gboard introducing a few new features catered to lovers of emoji and those looking to possibly shave a few seconds off the time it takes to draft a message.  For the emoji peeps, Gboard now features an emoji handwriting tool, capable of turning your amateur stick figures into emoji. Huawei Honor 9 benchmarked, shows flagship-level beast 

The Huawei Honor 9 was just unveiled and thanks to Geekbench, we’re getting our first glimpse at the performance of the Kirin 960 chipset at its heart. This is a CPU test so we’re focusing on the octa-core processor of the new premium mid-ranger. It has four Cortex-A73 cores (running at 2.4GHz) and four A53 cores (clocked at 1.8GHz), which were built on TSMC’s 16nm FFC process. Also note that the Honor 9 features 6GB of RAM, something even most flagships on the list below don’t have. Samsung unveils three new swanky QLED gaming monitors with support for HDR and Free

After launching high-end QLED TVs earlier this year, Samsung is ready to debut its second-generation gaming monitors based on QLED technology. The company has unveiled three new gaming monitors: C49HG90, C32HG70, and C27HG70. All these QLED monitors have curved VA panels with support for High Dynamic Range (HDR with 600 nits brightness) and AMD’s new FreeSync 2 technology. They have height adjustable stands as well, with support for swivel, tilt, and wall mount. The C49HG90 (CHG90 series) is a 49-inch ultrawide QLED gaming monitor with 32:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 3840 x 1080 pixels.
